Had a Shoulder Surgery?
Surgery Is Only Step One… Rehabilitation Is the Real Recovery
Maybe it was for :
Rotator cuff tear
Frozen shoulder
Shoulder dislocation
Fracture
Impingement
Shoulder replacement
The doctor said, “Surgery went well.”
But now comes the real question…
Why is the shoulder still stiff?
Why can’t I lift my hand properly?
Why is there pain even after surgery?
Surgery repairs the structure.
Rehabilitation restores the function.
And without proper physiotherapy, recovery remains incomplete.
What Happens After Shoulder Surgery?
After surgery, your shoulder naturally becomes:
• Stiff
• Weak
• Painful
• Restricted in movement
If you avoid movement due to fear of pain, stiffness increases.
If you move incorrectly, healing may be affected.
That’s why structured rehabilitation is crucial.
Why Is Shoulder Rehabilitation So Important?
The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body.
It needs:
✔ Strength
✔ Stability
✔ Flexibility
✔ Coordination
